ኑሮ በጤንነት የ15 ደቂቃ ሳምንታዊ የጤና መርሃ ግብር ነው፡፡ ኢትዮጵያን ጨምሮ በተለያዩ የአፍሪካ ሃገራት የሚገኙ የጤና ዘገባዎች ይቀርቡበታል፡፡ ጤና ነክ ርዕሰ-ጉዳዮች፣ የአካል ብቃት፣ ስነ-ውበት እንዲሁም አዳዲስ ግኝቶች እና ምርምሮች ይቀርቡበታል፡፡ በየሳንምቱ በሚነሱ የጤና ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ላይም ዓለምቀፍ ባለሞያዎች ይጋበዛሉ፡፡ በየሳምንቱ በአሃዱ ቴሌቪዥን እንዲሁም በቪኦኤ አምሃሪክ የፌስቡክ ገጽ ላይ እና ድረ-ገጽ ላይ ይጠብቁን፡፡
