Slovakia: Authorities charged an unidentified suspect Thursday with the attempted assassination of Prime Minister Robert Fico, describing him as a “lone wolf.” Fico’s condition stabilized late Wednesday, but he was “not out of a life-threatening situation” the deputy prime minister said.
