Chinese leader Xi Jinping talked by phone Wednesday with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Chinese state media reported. The media say Xi told Zelenskyy that China will send special representatives to Ukraine and hold talks with all parties on resolving the crisis there.
