U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan refused Tuesday to immediately block billionaire Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing government data systems or participating in worker layoffs. A lawsuit was filed by 14 Democratic states challenging DOGE's authority.
