Rwanda: British Home Secretary James Cleverly Tuesday signed a new treaty with Rwanda on relocation of asylum seekers to the East African country. Cleverly said he believed a treaty addressed all the issues raised by the UK’s Supreme Court that blocked previous plan as unconstitutional.
